The aim of this research is to gain an understanding of passenger experiences at Glasgow Queen Street Station before, during and after the five-year redevelopment work, which started in November 2014, takes place. There will be three phases in all. This report sets out the findings of the first phase of quantitative research, which is before the redevelopment work began.
