When can Transport Focus become involved in my complaint?

If you have a complaint which the rail company has not resolved to your satisfaction then we will try to help.

We cannot get involved in your complaint until the rail company has had the opportunity to resolve it. However we always welcome feedback on the service that you have been given.

If you have raised your complaint with the rail operator and have received a response (or no response after two attempts to make contact, and a period of 35 working days has elapsed), you can contact us here and we will review your complaint.
