LNER proposed ticket office changes – Transport Focus response

LNER has proposed changes to the ticket office opening hours at 13 of its stations. Under the National Rail Ticketing and Settlement Agreement, Transport Focus is consulted. We asked passengers to submit any feedback to us and sent through a digest of the responses, which you can download below.
After an exchange of letters between LNER and Transport Focus, LNER amended its Schedule 17 application. As a result we do not object to the amended proposal. Please find these documents below.
