How does the watchdog represent what you think? We create evidence that can’t be ignored, in the form of large-scale ‘tracker’ surveys that show transport users’ satisfaction, over time, with really specific elements of their journeys. As well as producing overall satisfaction stats for rail, bus and tram journeys (with road to follow soon), we ask about elements like the information available, the state of stations or stops, how helpful the staff were and whether you felt your ticket was value for money.
