GTR consultation on ticket office changes – Transport Focus response

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) has proposed changes to how ticket offices will be staffed at over 80 of its Great Northern, Thameslink and Southern stations.

It is obliged to consult with Transport Focus under the National Rail Ticketing and Settlement Agreement (Schedule 17) and Transport Focus has sought comments from passengers on proposals.
