Transport Focus seeks answers from Network Rail about London Victoria disruption, 18 December

Transport Focus chief executive Anthony Smith has written to Network Rail seeking answers on behalf of passengers following major disruption at London Victoria on the evening of Wednesday 18 December 2019.
