Transport Focus compliance with the Code of Practice for Statistics

Transport Focus is publishing the Rail Customer Experience Survey six-monthly results as Official Statistics in Development with a view to becoming Official Statistics in the future.  

Our statistical practice is regulated by the Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR). OSR sets the standards of trustworthiness, quality and value in the Code of Practice for Statistics that all producers of Official Statistics should adhere to.   

This document shows how we adhere to the Code and includes:

• Statement of compliance with the code of practice for official statistics 

• Statement on confidentiality and access 

• Statement on user engagement, customer service and complaints 

• Data management policy 

• Publication strategy 

• Statement on release practices including pre-release arrangements 

• Statement on revisions and corrections 

• Code of practice breach report.
