Transforming rail travel – what do passengers want?

Transport Focus speaks to thousands of passengers each year as part of large-scale ‘tracker’ surveys and smaller bespoke insight reports.
This report draws on that insight to give a precise view of what rail passengers want. It is a high-level summary, with links to original research for those who would like greater detail.
This is version 1.0. We expect to produce periodic updates, and will publish them here.
