Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Serco Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the second quarter of fieldwork for the year 2022/23 combining rail periods 4, 5 and 6. This covers journeys made between 26 June and 17 September 2022.
