Transport Focus set up a guest satisfaction survey for Caledonian Sleeper which has been used to set the benchmarks against which customer satisfaction with the service will be measured.
This report contains results for the second quarter of fieldwork for the year 2025/26 combining rail periods 07, 08, and 09. This covers journeys made between 14 September and 6 December 2025.
