Logistics and Coach Survey: Strategic Roads

Transport Focus surveyed freight logistics and coach businesses who use the motorways and major ‘A’ roads managed by Highways England. It measured their satisfaction with planning information, clear up after accidents, rest facilities, roadworks and quality of the road surface.

The survey will be one of the measures used to assess Highways England’s performance in the Government’s second Road Investment Strategy, covering 2020 – 25. It will help Highways England focus on the needs of these important users of its roads.
