Logistics and Coach Survey 2023/24

Transport Focus surveys logistics and coach businesses about their satisfaction with the motorways and major ‘A’ roads managed by National Highways. The survey covers their views on roadworks, accident handling, driver rest facilities and how National Highways considers their business needs.

The survey, referred to in the current Road Investment Strategy, is expected to become an official indicator of National Highways performance shortly.
