Lorry Drivers’ Facilities Survey – Year two summary report

This report is part of our three-year programme, where we visit a representative third of qualifying sites each year. Each year, lorry drivers are surveyed at service areas about their visit and their overall perceptions of roadside facilities across the UK.
As part of our ongoing work to bring together the industry, Transport Focus will continue to work with partners to monitor progress, share best practice and help operators and decision makers focus efforts in the right areas.
This will include publishing an update on our 12-month Action Plan early in the New Year.
