Achieving improvements in bus punctuality

Over the last couple of years we have been working on a project with bus operators, local transport authorities and other industry organisations to better understand what can delay buses and how to address those issues. This has been a highly collaborative project where we have looked in great detail at a mix of bus routes and operations across metropolitan and rural areas of England.

On 19 September we are holding a seminar at our Manchester office to brief the wider bus industry on our findings and to discuss how we plan to take this work forward with them.

This is a practical event for industry and transport authorities.
