Bus Passenger Survey 2013 briefing

Passenger Focus will be presenting the findings of the Bus Passenger Survey 2013 on Monday 18 March from 3 – 4.30pm. The event is being held at the Institute of Civil Engineers, One Great George Street, Westminster, and London, SW1P 3AA.

Passenger Focus has surveyed more than 22,000 passengers from 20 areas across the country (outside of London) on their satisfaction with the bus service.
  
There will be a keynote address from the Minister of State for Transport, Norman Baker MP, followed by a short presentation of the findings. There will also be a panel discussion chaired by Passenger Focus chief executive Anthony Smith.
