Delivering a customer-led approach to rail

Passenger Focus is joining forces with the north west Transport Planning Society to host an event at Manchester Airport on Thursday 2 March 2006.

A successful rail service is one that meets the needs of its customers. This event will consider how well rail planning reflects passengers’ priorities.

The event will take place as follows:

6pm for a 6.30pm start until 8pm
Followed by Drinks Reception until 9pm
at Atlantic Suite, Manchester Airport Terminal 2

Speakers include:

  • John Mooney, passenger link director of Passenger Focus
  • Chris Kimberley, commercial director of Northern Rail
  • Brian Simpson, director of North West Rail
