European bus operator’s forum 2013

David Sidebottom, Passenger Focus passenger team director will be speaking at the European bus operator’s forum on balancing passengers needs with realities. The event is hosted by eurotransport and will be held at the Kings Palace Hotel in London between 8.00 and 16.00.
