London user group workshop 2014

The event is part of this year’s round of user group workshops. The theme will be consultation, with particular emphasis on franchising. As usual, we will give the groups an overview of our work. We will also present our advice on how to most effectively get involved, in both local and wider consultations. This event will be co-hosted by London TravelWatch at our London office.
