Network Rail – Route Leaders Conference

Sara Nelson, head of communications, will be guest speaking at the Route Leaders Conference for London North Eastern and East Midlands.
Twice a year Network Rail holds five regional Route Leaders Conferences for the top 800 leaders in its route (out of a total of 5500 employees). They reach managers and leaders from the top of the organisation down to the team leader and section manager.
