North West rail user group conference

Passenger Focus is hosting a major event in the north west with representatives of the region’s rail user group representatives.

The event will take place at the Mechanics Institute in Manchester on Saturday 13 May.

On the agenda for discussion are the route utilisation strategy for the north west and the respecification of the Northern Rail franchise. There will also be a discussion forum for rail user groups to raise any issues with train companies and other industry bodies.
