Passenger Focus chief executive Anthony Smith will be giving the keynote speech at Northern Rail’s ‘Northern Stars’ prize-giving event on Tuesday 3 August 2010 at The Loft in Leeds.

Anthony will be discussing the importance of good customer service and Passenger Focus’s role in championing the passenger.
