Passenger Focus to publish the Assisted Passenger Reservation System research

12 January 2011

Passenger Focus will be publishing the results of the Assisted Passenger Reservation System mystery shop at a launch on 12 January 2011.

The research, carried out by disabled mystery shoppers and reveals examples both of the system working well and where there are real failures. It covers all 26 train operators and all station types including Network Rail-managed stations.

You are invited to attend a short presentation at Passenger Focus’s London office between 1-2pm on 12 January 2011. Alternatively, a press release embargoed for 00.01 13 January will be sent out shortly after the presentation.

Colin Foxall, our Chairman, will make a few opening remarks followed by a few minutes of report highlights from passenger manager Jocelyn Pearson who managed the project. There will be plenty of opportunity to speak to Jocelyn and others in our team who made this research happen – and of course an opportunity to see the finished product.

Please RSVP to confirm your attendance.
