Passenger Focus Chief Executive Anthony Smith will be speaking at the ‘Railway Improvement 09: Rail Services for the Modern Commuter’ conference at the Barbican Centre, London on Thursday 21 May 2009.

This event will look at passenger travel and how this can be improved without causing further hindrance to the customer.
