Reportal launch – London

At 11.30am on Friday 25 July we will launch our new online reporting system for the National Passenger Survey, Reportal, at the London Transport Musuem in Covent Garden.

The online reporting tool will enable anyone registered on the system to interrogate the last six waves of NPS data to produce bespoke reports. The first release focuses on the NPS key questions such as journey type, satisfaction scores and demographic details.

The system will always have the latest wave of data and the previous five waves providing a great opportunity to delve into the data and answer questions immediately. In addition to Reportal we will also be demonstrating an on-line facility which assists in the analysis of the verbatim comments recorded on NPS questionnaires.
