The 2006 National Fleet Reliability Improvement Programme seminar

Anthony Smith, Passenger Focus chief executive, will be speaking at the Insitute of Mechanical Engineers National Fleet Reliability Improvement Programme seminar on 9 October 2006 at 1 Birdcage Walk, London. The aim of the event is to consider what is being done now to improve the reliability of trains, what can be done in the future to build on these reliability improvements and best practice. Anthony’s speech will set out the priorities for passengers and look at a number of case studies where fleet reliability improvements have resulted in improvements for passengers.
