The Consultation Institute – The Power of the People

Sharon Hedges, Passenger Focus’s passenger issues manager, will be attending a conference on ‘The Power of the People’. Sharon is also a facilitator at one of the four afternoon break-out sessions, Passenger Power! in practice. The aim of the session is to share with the audience:

  • practical experiences
  • how they have created empowerment
  • results received
  • problems/challenges faced to encourage consultation.
