Third Annual Transport Applications Cymru Conference

Passenger link manager for Wales, Simon Pickering will be speaking at the Third Annual Transport Applications Cymru Conference on 30 November 2007 organised by PTRC Education and Research Services Ltd.

The event involves Passenger Focus and others from the transport industry. Topics to be discussed at the conference include transport policy in Wales, improving passengers’ experience of public transport, the challenges of public transport in rural areas and the role of transport in tourism.

Simon will be speaking in the session ‘Developing rail in Wales’, on the topic ‘What passengers want – passenger satisfaction and priorities for improvement in Wales’.
