Waterloo Station passenger forum

Passenger Focus will be attending the first ever passenger forum to take place at Waterloo Station, on Tuesday 6 August.

Hosted in partnership with rolling stock maintenance supplier Alstom, this new initiative will give passenger a chance to talk to senior managers face-to-face. There will also be representatives from British Transport Police and Samaritans.
