Disruption

Disruption for passengers during journeys on public transport causes many problems for those affected. We are working with the rail and bus industries to improve the way they handle problems resulting from disruption to their services. We believe this can be substantially improved if passengers get better information when delays happen and bus and train companies change services are disrupted.
