From 1pm on Friday 19 June to 9am on Monday 22 June Transport Focus staff will be unable to access emails.

During this period of planned maintenance to our server, there will be no email traffic or email bouncebacks. However any messages sent to us will be queued and we will receive and be able to respond to them from Monday. The webform for contacting us will work as usual.

If you want to speak to someone urgently in this time, please call 0300 123 2350. Journalists should use the press office mobile number.
