Passenger complaints data from the Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) – Passenger Focus responds

Anthony Smith, Passenger Focus chief executive, said:

“We welcome the rail regulator’s findings – our own independent research shows punctual trains are what passengers want most from the railway. Less than three quarters of commuters we spoke to in our latest national passenger survey were satisfied with the punctuality of their train.”
