Want to know what passengers really think about their rail journeys? The autumn 2015 wave of the National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS) will be published on 27 January 2016.
Speaking to 50,000 passengers about their most recent journey, the NRPS provides a network-wide picture of passengers’ satisfaction with rail travel. Passengers’ overall satisfaction and satisfaction with 30 specific aspects of services can be compared over time. We will be meeting train companies next year to discuss passenger satisfaction and passengers’ current priorities.
