Coach Passenger Needs and Experiences

In 2010, Passenger Focus’s remit was extended to include coach passengers on scheduled domestic services.  As part of this new role in March 2011, Passenger Focus wanted to get a better understanding of coach passenger needs and experiences, so it commissioned this preliminary research.  This included identifying any improvements which could be made and how complaints were handled.
