Greater Anglia rail franchise: what passengers want

Passengers using the Greater Anglia franchise are among the least satisfied in Great Britain. Results
from the Autumn 2009 National Passenger Survey (NPS) showed that 79% were fairly or very satisfied,
which ranks 11th out of 12 London and South East train companies. The new franchise must tackle this
underlying issue.
