Hidden in Plain Sight – Response to the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s Consultation

The Equality and Human Rights Commission carried out an inquiry into disability-related harassment. The final report, Hidden in Plain Sight, was published in September 2011.

Passenger Focus contributed to the inquiry by responding to a consultation. We focussed only on our remit area: National Rail services throughout Great Britain and English bus, tram and coach services (except in London).
