InterCity West Coast Passenger Priorities Questionnaire

Between 23 and 31 January 2011 Passenger Focus handed out this questionnaire to passengers making rail journeys across six routes in the InterCity West Coast area. This formed part of Passenger Focus’s submission to DfT setting out what passengers want from the new InterCity West Coast (ICWC) rail franchise.
