National Assembly for Wales Enterprise and Business Committee Inquiry into Integrated Public Transport – Passenger Focus submission

12 November 2012

Passenger Focus has no remit for bus passenger representation within Wales, so this submission approaches transport integration from the perspective of rail.

The key issue to address: how well Welsh public transport is integrated and what steps can be taken to improve public transport integration to meet the needs of Welsh travellers. Our contribution draws from our research to highlight passenger priorities on Welsh and cross-border rail services, as well as personal security, ticketing and information.
