NRPS proposed questionnaire changes

This document provides an example of the proposed changes to the National Rail Passenger Survey. The example questionnaire is taken from East Croydon from Spring 2015 and Autumn 2014; however questionnaires will be applied nationally.

Please note if printing the questionnaire, please be sure to set your printer to print ‘mark-ups’ for the the colour coding to be visible. If you don’t select ‘mark-ups’ you may not see the colour coding on the printed copy.
