Passenger Focus’s response to Network Rail’s London and South East Route Utilisation Strategy Draft for Consultation

Passenger Focus supports the broad objectives behind the Route Utilisation Strategy
(RUS) process, and welcomes both the formal, and informal, consultative approach
adopted by Network Rail.
The London and South East RUS is an important document, planning for the future
capacity and investment needs of the rail network in the medium to longer term.
There are significant challenges which the RUS has to address.
