Passenger Focus is the statutory, independent, watchdog for Britain’s rail passengers and, except for those in London, bus, coach and tram passengers in England.

Using research and evidence to drive change we aim to be useful to those who make the major decisions about transport services. Passenger Focus is uniquely well-placed to drive this change; our brand of evidence-based passenger advocacy is respected and we must exploit this position to really help passengers.
