Our Spring 2008 National Passenger Survey (NPS) shows the majority of Great Britain?s rail passengers (80%) are satisfied with their journey. However, it also reveals Great Britain?s train companies haven?t made any progress in changing
how passengers feel about the price of their
ticket with only 40% of customers satisfied.
