Proposals for the Mayor of London’s rail powers beyond the London boundary – response to Department for Transport Consultation

Passenger Focus recognises that there are issues with the Mayor of London?s rail powers that need to be resolved. The proposals in the consultation are potentially positive for many passengers, but we need to ensure that changes do not have a negative impact on passengers outside the boundaries.
