Rail passenger views on printed timetables and how far in advance timetable information should be accurate

During the Covid pandemic, the rail industry paused the production of printed timetables, booklets and posters. Transport Focus surveyed just under 5000 passengers to understand how passengers felt about paper timetables and how the withdrawal of them might impact their journey planning.

We also asked passengers for their views on how far in advance of travel published timetable information should be accurate.
