Research report – Merseyside routes

In December 2008 Passenger Focus carried out a survey with nearly 1600 passengers on the Northern Line and the Wirral Line in Merseyside.
Services on both of these lines are provided by Merseyrail. The survey was undertaken to find what passengers currently think of services on the line and what they see as the priorities for future improvements.
