As part of the Tram Passenger Survey programme we worked with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE). This was to ask over 3300 passengers for their views about the last journey they took across their networks in Manchester and Sheffield. The survey took place between November 2019 and January 2020, prior to the arrival of coronavirus and its impact in the UK.

The survey helps both us and those responsible for the networks understand how to improve the passenger experience.

Results reports for each of the two networks are available below, as is a technical report which provides detailed information on all key aspects of the methodology.
