Transport Focus statement of compliance with the Pre-Release Access to Official Statistics Order 2008

This statement sets out Transport Focus’s operational arrangements for compliance with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics and with the Pre-release access to Official Statistics Order 2008.

As of the 1 April 2009, Transport Focus was named as a provider of Official Statistics and undertakes one piece of research, the National Rail Passenger Survey, which needs to be produced in accordance with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics and the standards described in the eight principles and three detailed protocols.
