Changes to road journeys: Transport User Community

This report from Transport Focus’s road user community looks to understand how road users’ experiences have changed, if at all, over the course of the coronavirus pandemic. We wanted to hear if community members had observed any new congestion hotspots for traffic lately and conversely if there are there any previous hotspots for traffic that no longer are, what they think is causing them, and what they think should be done to address those issues.
