Derby resignalling works

Resignalling and re-modelling works around Derby station will bring significant disruption to train services through the area from 22 July to 7 October 2018. Transport Focus is working with Network Rail and the two train operators involved (East Midlands Trains and CrossCountry) to monitor passenger awareness of the works and the associated disruption to their journeys.

To date we have undertaken three waves of research (November/December 2017, February/March 2018 and June 2018). A further wave is planned for August/September, during the works period, to monitor passengers’ experience of the alternative arrangements being made.

Click the link below to download the findings from waves one to three.

The findings from the later wave and a summary of the research overall will be published here in due course.
