Letter to the Secretary of State for Transport on rail fare reform

Transport Focus wrote to the Secretary of State for Transport urging that rail fares reform is not forgotten, and in fact is accelerated, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Passenger views on the current structure are well known: complicated, illogical, expensive, low levels of trust. Transport Focus highlighted how many people have adapted to working from home and how changing work patterns will increase demand for flexible season tickets.
