Tram Passenger Survey

The fifth annual Tram Passenger Survey asked 6000 passengers for their views about the last journey they took, across five networks in Manchester, Sheffield, Blackpool, Birmingham and Nottingham.
Summary reports are found below. Please note that Nottingham Trams has provided an updated passenger figure. We will therefore re-assess the findings and, if there is significant change, issue updated reports on this page.
